Our telephones are usually unmanned and our preferred and usual method of communication is via email. Emails will be dealt with usually by return between 9am and 4pm Mon-Thurs and 9am and 12 noon Fridays. If you do need to telephone, please note that you will usually get an answerphone so please leave a message and we will get back to you (usually via email if this is possible).

We are unable to take payment/orders over the telephone. Should you prefer not to use or have difficulty using the secure online ordering process then please either send a cheque for the appropriate amount made (remember to include the delivery charge) payable to Bowmint Limited to the address below or email your order requirements and we will email you a pro-forma invoice for payment by cheque/BACs/PayPal. We are a small manufacturing company and we manufacture our own range of ready made and made to measure radiator cabinets and grille panels. We sell these direct to consumers only through the internet as this method allows us to sell our higher quality UK manufactured products at prices that compete favourably with lower quality/priced imported cabinets and also means that our customers routinely contact us via the internet/email, thereby negating the need for manned telephones.
As well as the factory, we also have a warehouse in which we stock a range of imported cabinets and louvre doors so that we are able to provide our customers with a wide range of products to suit all budgets and timescales.
We do not have a shop, showroom or an office that is staffed during normal working hours as such overhead costs would mean we would be unable to offer our products to our customers at such competitive prices.
